of course i agree the site/board are both utterly amazing! very snazzy job! everything is coming together nicely!

on that note, i would like to wish the bft community a very happy thanksgiving! i hope that all of you enjoy this FABULOUS holiday and relax and have fun with friends and family and all of that great stuff!

now, some of you might say, "why, katey, this post is not THAT random, whats the deal???" (okay so nobody thought that but whatev)
and this is what i have to say....  while everyone is in their nice warm dining room eating turkey, mashed potatoes (the best kind!) w/ gravy, cranberry sauce, squash, stuffing, biscuits, and many more side dishes not to mention pies of every sort among other desserts, think of me.... for i will be in scotland on this american holiday eating venison (google it) probably in some crazy pub while the wind and cold rain pounds on the rooftop! alas! so at that point during your wonderful meal when you feel so full your tummy has expanded a good 2-3inches, you have unzipped your pants (or if were smart wore sweats to dinner) and have reclined comfortably in your chair, do me a favor, just take one more bite of this delicious tradition in hopes my thanksgiving dinner goes down as smooth as yours, without an extra mug of dark dark beer. woe is me!

okay, so im totally kidding, sort of. i am going to scotland (i leave today! ah!) to visit my long lost brother who took the semester abroad, but i am very excited -- tis my first time over there . but it is sad i wont be celebrating turkey day so i do expect all ya'alls to eat some 'taters in my honor... mmk?

so happy thanksgiving to everybody! I hope everyone's year has been going very well!! If you haven't had a chance to spot the guys at a show just wait, or better yet, come to the show at the Iron Horse on dec 1st! yaaa!!!!

peace, love, and wish me luck as i venture to that place they call scotland!

heart,
katey

soo this boards been slow....

how was everyones day? I've planned this entire event at my school aptly named springfest for sunday and im praying it doesnt rain. We were gunna have the boys lend some musicness cept j's working and wouldnt be able to get there on time so i booked this boston band Clarias (http://myspace.com/clarias) instead. theyre pretty ok. they're sorta generic but itll fit the event well.
My last exam is may 31 and i cannot wait. My grades are steadily falling and im waiting for SAT scores.

lifes a bitch but "were not here for a long time, we're here for a good time"

peace love
play it loud
kev

ps we all gotta meet up at a show this summa
