hey guys,   this is j driscoll here.     so danno and i were thinking of getting a tab book together over the next year or so,   but in the meantime,   i'd love to get a tabs section up on barefoottruth.com.    just wondering what songs would be most useful for us to start with.   so anyone that is interested in tabs,   would you list your own top 10   of songs you'd want us to tab?   hopefully we can make this happen over the next few months or so.

This is the post that i have been waiting 3 years for Grin! Maybe you could take some of the stuff that i have on shoom, it is really bad though. my personal favorite is def the cinimin summer one that explains what 1/2 step down tuning is. ill make my list of top 10 i want to play when i am not at work.

edit: i added a vote with a list of all the songs i know if except for the 2 new ones i cant remember the name to and camilion cause i have no idea what that is and whenever i ask everyone looks at me like i am insane. you can pick 10 choices so pick the top 10 you would like to see tabbed out.

i wonder if you could send it to the band, and have them approve it and post it on the site or something like that

Easy Come High
Main Lick
|-----------------------------------------x------12*--| e
|-----------------------------------------x-7-5-12*--| B
|--------0-0-0--------0-0--------0-0-0-x-7-5-12*--| G
|--------5-7s9--------7-5--------5-7s9-x-7-5-12*--| D
|0h5h7-------0h5h7----0h5h7----------x------12*--| A
|-----------------------------------------x------12*--| E
h = hammer on
s = slide
* = harmonic
that seems to be the main part of the song.  to really get the right sound u have to play very percussive with your picking hand.  it sounds like he hits the G string open a lot to give it that open tuning sound.  the rest of the song is just parts of chords, it's easy to figure out if u play along with the song.  part of it is similar to the intro to "flying horses."  good luck and if my tab is wrong feel free to correct it.  i don't usually write down tabs.

ok, so the tab is appearing the way i wrote it now.  to my knowledge it is very close if not right.  the trick to playing bft's songs like this is your picking hand and being able to mute strings with your palm and left hand.  similar to dave matthews' style of playing.  sollitude is similar.  let me know if u guys gave it a shot
